Department of Animal Husbandry Faculty of Animal Husbandry UHO Conducts 3rd Cycle Internal Quality Audit

Kendari, October 25, 023 – The Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Halu Oleo (UHO) received a visit from Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arba, S.Si., M.Si., a quality auditor to conduct an Internal Quality Audit (AMI) which aims to evaluate the efficiency, effectiveness, and suitability of the Department’s management system in meeting established educational standards.

This AMI activity is not an ordinary thing, because this is a critical step in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry UHO. Auditor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arba examines several important aspects that include curriculum, research, facilities, resource management, and services to students. The results of this audit will be the basis for recommendations for improvements and steps that need to be taken by the faculty to improve the quality of educational services provided to students.

The Department of Animal Science is committed to achieving high standards in education and research in animal science. This audit process is also expected to help the faculty to meet relevant national and international standards in education. This will ensure that UHO Faculty of Animal Science students receive quality education and are relevant to future needs.

The Head of the Department of Animal Husbandry FPt UHO, Widhi Kurniawan, S.Pt., M.Si., welcomed the presence of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arba as an auditor and believes that the results of this AMI audit will assist the Department in its continuous efforts to improve the quality and relevance of the educational programs offered. All staff and lecturers in the Department have also given their full support in this audit process, demonstrating their commitment to provide the best for students.

As part of the future plans, the Department will also involve various related parties in improving the quality of their education and research. All parties involved believe that this collaboration will bring positive changes in providing better education to students and strengthen the faculty’s position at the national and international levels.

In the spirit of continuous improvement, the UHO Animal Science Department hopes that the results of this AMI will be an important milestone in their efforts to provide excellent and relevant animal science education in an increasingly evolving era.
